Return Window<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer a <strong>15-day return policy<\/strong>. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility for Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unopened &amp; Unused:<\/strong> The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its <strong>original sealed packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hygiene Products:<\/strong> E-liquids, coils, disposable vapes, and opened atomizers are <strong>exempt from being returned<\/strong> for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are dead-on-arrival (DOA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of Purchase:<\/strong> You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Defective or Damaged Items (DOA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us immediately at <strong>frivape@gmail.com<\/strong> within <strong>48 horas<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the claim is validated, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Shipping &amp; Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Responsibility:<\/strong> For &#8220;change of mind&#8221; returns or incorrect orders made by the customer, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping Origins:<\/strong> Depending on your location and stock availability, you may be asked to return the item to our <strong>Almac\u00e9n de Shenzhen<\/strong> or our <strong>European warehouse<\/strong>. No refunds will be issued for seized packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incorrect Address:<\/strong> If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must pay for re-shipping or receive a refund minus the original shipping fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
