1. Shipping Overview
Unter FRIVAPE, we offer global shipping to ensure vapers worldwide can access premium hardware. We ship from our primary hub in Shenzhen, China, and for select products, from our European warehouses.
2. Processing & Weekend Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Weekend Policy: Please note that our logistics team operates on weekdays only. We do not ship out orders at weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
3. Shipping Origins & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your package is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customs Responsibility: As vaping laws vary by country, it is your responsibility to ensure that products are legal to import into your region. FRIVAPE is not liable for packages seized or held by local customs authorities.
- Import Fees: For international orders sent from Shenzhen, any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking Activity: It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
